will have a good time at CampCarefree.  I will not in any way cause someone else to have a bad time.  To help me do this, I will follow the guidelines below.

Ø      I will follow Camp Carefree Rules (posted in my cabin).

Ø      I will follow directions by any counselors and staff.

Ø      I will be helpful to others in my cabin, classes, activities, and at meals.

Ø      I will learn more about how to manage and successfully live with my diabetes.

Ø      I will be nice to others and not hurt anyone, either physically or with my words or actions.

Ø      I will be someone everyone can trust.

I understand that I must follow the above guidelines.  If I do not, the camp, along with my parents/guardians, will take actions I may not like.
