CIT Application Process

Applying to the ADA Camp Carefree CIT Program is a two step process.  First, prospective CITs must apply and be accepted into the program using the application provided on our website (www.campcarefreekids.org).  Links to these applications are made available on the home page of our website when the CIT Program application process opens (usually in early December).

If your camper is a former 2008 or 2009 Senior Camper who has not yet been a CIT, please have your camper contact the CIT director to obtain the username and password to this special site, accessible from our home page, where you'll both start the application process.

If your camper has have never attended ADA Camp Carefree, or did not attend as a Senior Camper (age 15), please have your camper contact the CIT director.

Once accepted to the CIT Program, both parents and CIT will be notified and provided instructions for proceeding with the second step of the application process.

Diabetic Supplies All insulin and diabetic supplies are provided, except pump supplies and Type II oral medications.  CITs using insulin pumps should bring enough supplies for two and a half weeks, including batteries.
