2010 Camp Session

Sunday, August 1 through Saturday, August 14, 2010

2010 Camp Fee

$25 non-refundable application fee required in order to obtain the application.  $1175* remaining fee payable by 7/15/2010.  Financial Aid is available for those who qualify.  Please apply by April 30, 2010.  For more information, contact the camp office in Newmarket, NH.

*Due to current economic conditions, the ADA has increased the camper fee for 2010.

2010 Arrival Times New parents/campers should plan to arrive 9:15-9:45AM, Sunday, August 1, 2010 for New Camper Orientation.  Returning campers should plan to arrive.1:30-3:30 PM on Sunday, August 1, 2010.  Returning campers with last names beginning with A-L should plan to arrive between 1:30-2:30 PM.  Returning campers with last names beginning with M-Z from 2:30-3:30 PM.  More details about the check-in process are provided in the camper application packet.  More details about the opening day schedule are available here.
2010 Departure Times Camp officially closes 12:00 PM on Saturday, August 14, 2010.  Parents should plan to arrive Saturday morning, between 9:30-11:00 AM, to allow sufficient time to pack up the camper's belongings, and check-out.  More details about the check-out process are provided in the camper application packet.
Camper Application Packet

The camper application packet contains many forms.  All the information provided on these forms helps ensure that your camper has the best of care and a great experience while at camp.  Click here to learn more about applying to camp.

Diabetic Supplies All insulin and diabetic supplies are provided, except pump supplies and Type II oral medications.  Campers using insulin pumps should bring enough supplies for two weeks, including batteries.
Letters/Email Please write letters frequently.  Mail call is a major highlight of the camp day.  Letters to campers should be sent to:
