The ADA has modified the process of applying to be a Staff Member.  As a result, we at ADA CAMP CAREFREE have reorganized our website to make your experience with the volunteer paperwork as quick and easy as possible.  Please refer to the table below to find the paperwork that best fits your situation.

Please be aware that relatives of current campers CANNOT BE ACCEPTED as volunteer staff at ADA Camp Carefree.

NEW MEDICAL/DIETETIC/VOLUNTEER STAFF

This is your paperwork IF:

• You were part of the Medical/Dietetic/Volunteer Staff prior to 2007

• You have never been to camp and want to be part of the 2008 Medical/Dietetic/Volunteer Staff
